Troia Value Advisors is a product, AI and growth advisory firm based in India, working with technology and industrial companies internationally. It is led by an operator rather than a career consultant, with a background in digital transformation and AI product management across fintech and industrials.
Most firms separate design from consulting from financial advisory from AI implementation. We work across product decisions and their financial consequences, because they are the same decision told to two different audiences.

Anagha Pavgi
Anagha works where a transformation programme turns into a product decision. Her career spans digital transformation and AI product management across sectors with almost nothing in common — fintech at one end, industrials at the other, where the data, the constraints and the regulators all behave differently.
She leads the AI Transformation practice and the delivery side of every engagement.

One document: the decision, the options, what each costs, and what we would do. Yours either way.
Thereafter
Build, then hand over
Design, modelling and instrumentation in parallel, then a proper handover. If we are still essential in a year, something went wrong.
