Advice is given only under a signed engagement letter, to the client named in it, on the facts disclosed to us.
Published examples. Worked examples and figures on this site describe composite or anonymised situations constructed to demonstrate method. They are labelled where they appear. They are not forecasts, guarantees or representations of results any particular client will achieve.
No client relationship
Using this site, submitting the contact form, or booking an introductory call does not create an advisory or contractual relationship between you and Troia. Such a relationship begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter.
Confidential information
Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material through the contact form. If an engagement is likely, we will put a confidentiality agreement in place first and tell you how to share material securely.
Intellectual property
The content, design, wordmark and published materials on this site belong to Troia Value Advisors unless stated otherwise. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links. You may not reproduce substantial parts, or use our materials commercially, without written permission.
Third-party links
We link to external services, including our scheduling and professional-network profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. We may change or withdraw content at any time.
